Rapid Rescue lived up to their name and reputation by going above and beyond to rapidly recuse is with mold mitigation and vapor barrier so that we could remove contingencies for our home sale.  Tim and his team are amazing and kept informed throughout the process with clear details of what was to be completed.   It was urgent to get completed so that we were quickly clear to close.  It all worked out and the post test for mold came back normal!   We are so happy to be moved to our new home where a test was also completed to give us peace of mind. From the first day a call was made there was an immediate response seeking to learn of the problem , driving to the site and assessing the next steps on where and how to proceed. From beginning to end there was always an explanation to address our concerns. Half of our basement was flooded. I called Rapid Rescue and Tim was out at my house within 30 minutes. He went right to work getting everything dried out and did a top notch job. You never want something like this to happen but, Tim at Rapid Rescue could not have made this any easier. If I ever have a problem like this, he will for sure be my first call.
